As said the barriers are finances , infrastructure ,and geography , the first solution is Hard working ; here i mean a specific and objective use of time and honesty in reporting so we can have the reality . Motivated ; from the examples of authorities and from the culture of recognition that needs to be improved . Networking ; so we can learn from others and we can share our evidence based experience with the rest of the world . I bring my attention to the multi facial approach that is needed here , our society has deeply been ruptured and many issues need can interfere with the confidence which is the best key to provide any health advice or treatment. I congratulate all of you who are doing all possible to improve health of our relatives humans . This is great , i can see the health system in Rwanda improving with CHWs.
